Natural Beef

 

We finally have Angus beef available again! We raise all natural Angus beef from our registered breeding stock. We are able to hand pick the genetics within our herd for their tenderness and marbling gene markers in order to raise a natural, well marbled, tender, and juicy product. All of the candidates that go into our natural beef program are bred and raised here on our Iowa farm, by us. This way we are able to insure that all of our beef is fed quality grains and forage for optimal health benefits upon consumption. We can also insure that absolutely no hormones or antibiotics are used in the production of this beef and we can truly call it natural beef. We have an excellent reputation for producing succulent beef full of flavor and very tender.

 

We will have a limited amount available to new customers. We were blessed to have a banner calf crop of bulls/steers last spring. The candidates that met the criteria were placed in our natural beef program to fulfill the needs of our regular clients and we raised a few more head than we usually do in hopes of better keeping up with the demand this year.

 

We use a custom processor that is able to meet the needs of our individual clients and their special requests. They have an excellent reputation and have won many national awards for their processing and their special recipe products. They maintain the quality of the product we strive to produce through their careful handling and packaging. By exclusively using them, we are able to offer some specialty products that are not typically available with most processors. They offer the typical cuts of beef to your specifications, and in addition the beef can be made into the most wonderful jerky, brats and other specialty products when they add their National Award Winning seasonings.

 

Beef is available in whole, halves, and split halves. We also offer bundles of beef for those looking for a smaller amount or those lacking freezer space. We are also able to ship all over the country for those looking to enjoy the taste of Natural & Registered Iowa Angus Beef or give the gift of burgers, steaks, or brats regardless of location. One of the advantages to buying beef in this quantity is the savings you receive. You can purchase your steaks for the same price per pound as your ground beef! You'd be surprised how affordable it can be to purchase beef of this quality in bundle quantities.
